Is Cross skilled enough to stop a sniper with his boot? Or is it just a fluke?

Also I wonder how Cross would look down in Malibu, dressed in a suit, as a contracted killer.

Speaking of contracted killers. An anime I just finished seriously knew how to kick me in the nuts. I mean seriously, can't even give a guy a freaken happy ending. Throw me a bone here jackass.
