Running is healthy. It burns calories, makes your heart and lungs work thoroughly and feeds your brain with delicious endorphines, making you happier. Running is definitely good. So, the next time you’re overwhelmed by crazy robots don’t be afraid. Just move your legs, shake your arms in the air and shout something like “Moooomyyyyy!” while heading to a safe place. There’s nothing wrong about it. If someone asks just say you’re executing an strategical retreat.
