he actually looks like my boyfriend now that I reread this comic. Just my boyfriend is not average size(he's really tall), is really skinny, wears glasses, and has blue eyes. other than that. Looks pretty much like my boyfriend.

To ceb_dyson: herbie doesn't like looking ugly anymore than other people do. XD he wanted a pleasant look, but nothing that would draw attention, so he just added a few discreet imperfections and drawbacks, something most people also have, and use normally detracting features as pluses, like the extremely angular face and thin lips. Demons in disguise tend to look immaculately beautiful in comparison, all soft edges and silky hair, and also give themselves physical advantages in relation to human beings. I couldn't have Herbie say all that without it sounding really strange, though, so he had to be infuriatingly chirpy and unclear during his speak-to-the-reader tirade. Maybe I should have this stuff written for the second-chapter's "the story so far" page...
