Int. Shot: Police Station.
Close shot of Chief Inspector Norfolk, stout and commanding, waving a crumbled newspaper in the air, his frustration evident, dressing down his somber looking constables over the latest Mangler news.

Norfolk: Leads, gentlemen. I need evidence. I need eyewitnesses who know something-Anything!-to do with these murders or our Mr. Mangler himself.

Norfolk #2: Where's he comes from? Where's he goes to? I want to know. But most of all, gentlemen–I want this bloody bastard slapped in irons!!!
