Panel One:
Ext. shot: House. Day.
Close shot of police collecting evidence at the shattered study doors outside of lord Ashton's study and searching the grounds for clues.

Narrative: In the months following the Ripper murders…

Panel Two:
Int. Shot: House.
Close shot of police officers questioning the emotional household staff in the elaborately decorated living room of the Ashton house.

Narrative: Queen Victoria commissioned several “agents” into her service.

Panel Three:
Close shot: A young officer, in foreground, amongst the swirl of police noticing someone OFF PANEL entering the house.

Narrative: Each skilled in various arts of criminology and law enforcement both time tested and innovative.

Panel Four:
Close shot: The young officer tries to stop the OFF PANEL people from entering the house.

Narrative: They are known as “Continental Operatives” or “Continental Ops” of a division of the British Military known only as “The A.TS.T.K”.

Officer: I'm sorry. But this is a crime scene and only authorized personnel are allowed in. The two of you will have to leave.

Smythe (Off panel): I think you'll find that chief inspector Norfolk is expecting us, constable.

Panel Five:
Close shot: The young officer begins to scribble in his pad.

Narrative: These “agents in her majesties service” act independently of local law enforcement agencies…

Officer: I see. Alright then. Surname?
