Because obviously the guy would be wearing a hard hat while working on a computer. Danger is EVERYwhere! :p Am I ruining narrative by being inaccurate in details? haha. Oops.
You know your favorite part is the Unicorn…
So again: is there anything you don't understand? Want to know? Wish to see? Don't like? Tell meee

You caught me. Indeed, the unicorn. But meh, the sensational cliffhanger... doesn't get my approval.

You know, it depends how many people were in the video. If there were, like, six people, I could understand how black people weren't represented. If there were thirty, it's quite unfair, and if there were hundreds, there's no excuse.

There also were no woman signing the American Declaration of Independence, even though they were fully half the population. Chicks don't even get mentioned in the document! How harsh is that? All men are create equal...but women? Who knows?

Obviously. Because you never know when you're going to be thrown into outer space with a unicorn. Those hardhats do wonders for explosive depressurization. :P But on the the narrative review: I'm still not 100% sure of where you are going in terms of the narrative. While I love tangents I don't quite know how they serve the story. But the idea of looking how history is recorded is a good one. To corroborate your steelworker argument, there is only one known photograph of Chinese immigrants working of the Transcontinental Railroad, despite huge numbers. You may have already known that, but hey, extra data point.
