Well, Hayate doesn't seems very happy to visit his brother.
He mentions that 'they don't get along at all' in this page but nothing more is said.
Being the brother of the highest ranked vampire is a bit troublesome, at least for Hayate because… well, we will se why in the next chapters.
Here we see the bartender, a kind looking guy who, of course, is a vampire too. As Makoto, don't let his kind appareance fools you.
They aren't like those vampires who roams the city without pity for the humans.

Really fun page to look at! The bar setting looks incredible, I like the shine effect! Now I'm curious how this meeting with his brother will go....

I’m pretty sure it’s because they’ve had a history together. By the way love the sparkles ✨ on the tables and glass cups. Seems his twin brother is either the neat and clean type or a germaphobe.
