I would guess you are sketching this on a tablet (pixelation and all) or straight mouse. (I have tried this and it is lots harder than it looks as you probably know.) Assuming you have MSPaint, you could color this with a few quick clicks of a mouse. Also the magnification feature would help you fix any errors. Just a thought.
