So tired. So very tired. As you can see, I'm in a uniform of some sort. Specifically, it's the CIC training uniform, which means I'm officially a Naval reservist. Yay me! I get back from Basic Officer Qualification on June 19th, so expect some comics around then. Really. I've got stacks and stacks of strips drawn out, but no real way to color & dialogue ‘em until I get home. Bah! Anyone who makes a remark to the effect of “What? Canada has a Navy?” will be severely punished. If I can find out who they are and where they live and whether or not I have the funds to go punish them remains to be seen, though… so behave yourselves for my sake. I’m rambling, so that's my signal to stop… See you all when I'm done my course, wish me luck! ~Kristin
you sunk my battle ship!
I'm glad your back, i was wondering where you
went to. btw where is that comic you said you were gonna do about me looking for you the first time you were gone.
I wasin the navy for six years, and met up with a few canadian Sailors at Rimpac, all solid lads and ladies, both them and us took great pleasuer in mocking the yanks, then out drinking them.
watch for the Northern Atlantic deck percker.
Hmm, the idea of having you fly all the way to Australia to try and punish me almost makes it worth craking a joke about the Canadian Navy...
:P
Seriously though, congratulations and good luck! A friend of mine has just started his basic training for the Australian army, actually.
WoW! It's about time! It only took what, 3 years?! LOL! Congrats!
Good luck on BOQ, I'm sure you'll do just fine. Be carefull though, the drill is VERY difficult! ;)

No, you don't deserve a rating, you rather lazy person! Well if you don't like the way I said that then don't tell us not to vote!

Good luck, Kris!! Come back safe and don't use the comics to keep the fire alive, we can't wait to see them!
