Come on, they have very human faces (except when they have visors and/or mouthplates, I'll give you that... which, I realise, a suspiciously lot of them has :/), you should get used to them sometime.
The next TF comic (assuming I'll get one done; oh, I do [url=http://www.drunkduck.com/Styles/index.php?p=620528]have plans[/url]) will have a handy "who's who" fold-out chart with full body view, portrait and short bio.

That's actually my big problem - keeping track of who's who. I'm very bad at keeping them apart.

Just a little, but as soon as I figured out which head is in which bubble for some of the characters speaking, I got it all just fine.
