Pages continue to take a long time, though that might be because I'm consistently exhausted all these weeks rather than the page being difficult. In any case, if you are my patron you get to see everything early, and what extras I add :D
Some really nice panels here. The four panel sequence at top right also deserves a mention. Three fairly static panels with developing expressions and then an expressive change of pose concludes the sequence - so good! I'll credit you when I steal this one. 😊
Religion and its attitudes towards it seem to be a subject of contention in the world of Verdant. I was about to say it's a very fitting subject for a Good Friday, when I remembered that that'd be May 3rd, wouldn't it? :) Cool page with a lot of subtle interaction here. Love it!
You're right! It is Good Friday for a whole lot of people though! And kudos, religion and relevant issues are definitely part of what our story revolves around >:D
Nearly every panel is a detailed portrait, which must take a lot of time and effort, but it's fine work and an interesting conversation. ★★★★★
We are setting up, which is a novel feeling after not needing to set up anything for like ten years in WM, and just let things domino. It will become a little clearer what she means on the next page though!
