So, on a sidenote… the Internet Guardians at work have decreed to all employees to back off the personal web usage. This most likely includes the wondrous Duck. I'm sure a lot of you can relate. Unfortunately, this means my cute little avatar may not show up as much on all of your lovely comics. My apologies if I seem somewhat distant, just know I'm working on Z0)
I've had excellent page views the past few days, back in the top 100! Maybe it's the advertising I'm doing on Project Wonderful (a great resource!)… but wow, I'm psyched!
StewWriter: much thanks, glad you got a chuckle!
Fitz: why thank you, my newly befriended myspace-ian! I adore 3rd rock, like I've said before, I have a couple box sets myself! Nuthin' like Harry's antics to brighten my day. LOL!
I can relate so much :) Whenever I get online at work and try to get on DD, my boss a.k.a. mi padre bursts in ;) So I read my favorite comics at home, usually when I'm tired and worn out :\ And congrats on being in the Top 100, You definitely deserve it, Your comic just ROCKS. And being the 3rd Rock fan that I am (I'm compiling a collection of all episodes on DVD!), I love it so much more :)
PR: thanks! makes me giggle...
Brogan: gracias, nice to have you around again, man!
PP: I wouldn't go that far, but he's definitely a bit voyer-ific!
harryq: wow, "humdinger".. what a great word. Up there with "cahoots"!
jurbas: aww, hee hee- thanks buddy!
SpANG: it's a pain.
Mbx0rz: sheesh, now don't go get fired over internet usage, that'd be sad ;0)
Midge: right! as long as your get your workload done, who cares if you read a couple comics???
crocty: ha, I think top 10 is unachievable, LOL. Good question, I have no idea how old Fred is, even in "human" years.
japlander: I usually hang in around 100-200.. but this week's been great! Thanks for coming back every update, man ;0)
antcomics: that's about my normal range too... us gals gotta stay together!
JZintel: oh wow, you got caught? eesh. well, I haven't been directly working on comics at work... at least not at my current job, ha.
heymelby: ha ha! SO true! man I love those old classics. Spongebob can't compare, IMO.
Toonman: We gotta bring back "cahoots"! Go use it at work tomorrow! We must prevail!
maninblack: more 5's, thanks dude!
Ersatz: it's in the mail.
LanceDanger: ha, no doubt!
dantheman: yes, no random "poofing" on your shoulder. That would royally suck. LOL!
Fred i panel 3 reminds me of the ol' wyle e coyote bits on looney toons, i bet if they put those back on TV, there'd be less problems with kids these days.
It's worse when you get caught actually drawing your strip when your supposed to be working. No way to try and tie it in to actually being part of your job.
And it must be nice being near the top 100, I enjoy my lower 500's status.
O Gawd I hope that never happens here...yikes!! Grats on the top 100. I can't seem to break the 120s-130s...
I love the squirrel yelling in the ear panel.
I brought in my oun computer to work... so, what I do on the time that I'm not working... well no one sayes nothing to me..
Happy to hear that your in the top 100... I'm trying to stay in the top 450 (in all)... tennising back and forth!
(^-^)
you know if my boss did what the squirrel did at my work I would so quit in a minute...and I know what you mean about work...I mean if you have down time...why not?
My work...they have AIM that comes with their Netscape email...and I was using it to talk to friends while working...and then I suddenly got a message one day when I signed on that they were starting to log IMs. I was like OH HELL NO. So then I found Meebo.com, which is IM in your web browser (so they have no way of logging my conversations). Then one day they decided to block the Meebo website. =( So I said SCREW YOU! and found another web browser based IM program.
