well I'm not in a position to hire you, but I'll give you some advice I got from reading interviews:
show some sequentials
show characters in surroundings
show variation, eg. non-superhero characters
personally I'd say do some life drawing and work outside whatever comfortable style you've evolved for yourself, but lots of comics artists dont show much evidence of this, so whatever…

Yeah I agree with Willisokong - definately show some storytelling ability- what you do with a sequence. Also you want to show character consistancy.
I think that there are networking forums at DD where this would be better to post too.
