Oh, I wasn't disagreeing with you. I found your post on it really interesting. ^_^

Apologies - I hadn't intended to sound quite so pedantic!

Brooklyn talk sounds terrifying!

Brooklyn talk sounds terrifying!
Not only terrifying (it is), but already pretty well established. Not really creating something new that way.

How about reality survival show hosts? Most I've heard of are Aussie anyway.

Crikey! kin ya git camera 3 in close ta look in at this beast's chompers?

*or not*

The pirate speak was also very well established so much so that Monty Python used it in the series. Remember the football game against the Long John Silver imitators? Or the Long John Silver wing of the mental hospital skit?

So talk like William Bendix day would be great! We'd all wear Brooklyn Dodgers hats!

Truly, I don't have much in the magazine for Aussie speak, at present. But “BwOOKlin” would be more fun if they're “gah-bidge enja-neez”

Another suggestion, if we're not creating something new: ze fronch doh-may-stiques?

And then seventy-two had a great take on bourgeoise. . . a dialect that would be quite new for me.
