We've had some trouble just recently with a user impersonating another member of the community in order to stir up trouble. If you do this, rest assured the incidents will be investigated, your accounts frozen and perhaps even perma-banned from the site altogether.
If you are being harassed, please DO NOT take matters into your own hands; you may be the victim of a prank intended to stir up trouble. You should report the activity to a mod or an admin and they will take care of it for you.

Well people should report incidents via PQ and try and provide evidence, i.e. Links to the offending posts!
-Reporting posts is good, but it doesn't always show a pattern of harassing behavior, because a lot of the time they'll probably be looked at seperately.
