The village resounded with mourning. Alas, their best hope was dead and the evil mage escaped. All seemed lost until the innkeeper revealed that Lord Salsa had left a letter in case of his death. It simply said, “If i have fallen and the Mage yet lives, select from among you a new Lord and Knight.” Many rose to the challenge. All save two failed to pass the tests the village used to select the new lord. KillerBob and TheFlyingGreenMonkey had been closely matched, but it was decided that TFGM would be lord and KillerBob would be knight. Dusk fell and evil beings slinked through the darkness.
Day One has ended

Here is the reason the Narrative is almost a two and a half hours late. I went to the store with my mom thinking it would take only 45 minutes at most. This was at 4:45 CDT. Well, my mom can talk and talk and talk, and that's what happened at the store. So I was at the store until 7:20 CDT and was sent home to put up the cold stuff. That is the reason i was able to get that quick apology out. I had to go back to pick up my mom and that is the reason i didn't do and post the narrative right then.
Let me know how I can make this up to you guys.

Now is the time to give me your roles people. We need to protect as much roles as we can tonight. Deviner I'd like you to hold your role solving powers since you can't tell the Mage from a townie. I'd like you to wait until the nar saids the “illusions” is gone. In which case you can then use them on me or Killerbob((perferably both)). Until then your other powers can help solve clues.
This is my first shot as Mayor and by Thor's Hammer, am I going to let the Townies lose. Townies rule other people drool! XD
