It seems to be a face sticking its tongue out at the side, which to me implies it is sick or unhappy about something.
But if that is the correct meaning then several of the posts under my comic seems really sarcastic!
For example- “I thought of Usagi Yojimbo when I saw this :P”
To me that seems to mean “This reminds me of usagi yojimbo which is a something I don't approve of” or “Oh no, not another thing that reminds me of usagi yojimbo!”
But the people who post this little face seem to give me good scores and seem otherwise positive, so clearly I am miss understanding what it is supposed to mean.
Can anyone shed some light on what it is supposed to imply?

It means the person is just being playfully cheeky.
If people are genuinely unhappy with something, they rarely use a face to indicate that fact.
Indeed, they'll often do the opposite: Use a face that doesn't represent their attitude
