Proffessor Ezriel's sunglasses actually help him see better in the dark which is why he wears them constantly. The enchantment allows the wearer to see as though it were a shady day, which means in the relative dark of Night School it actually increases how much light Ezriel sees, while on a sunny day it would dim the light like sunglasses are normally supposed to do. They were not intended for use at night and as such do now allow Ezriel to see in total darkness. They were mainly so people (elves) wounldn't have to take them on and off when going inside and out again.

And yes the elves are the sort who would rather make enchanted sunglass that simply have to take them off when they go indoors to get a drink on a hot summer day.

Although anyone is allowed to submit a story Mira & Zoppy are the students in charge of the school news paper “Night Times”. It is very rare though for other students to sumit articles much less have them accepted into the news paper.

Skee once submited an article he wrote on which students were most lame and how much money they should pay to not get beaten up, but it was never published in Night Times. Skee however personaly handed out copies to several students calling his news letter “Read it or else”. Skee attempted to publish a second issues of “Read it or Else” focusing on student farting but shut down production of Read it or Else shortly after NAK commented it was the lamest thing he had ever seen.

Nak's real name is Narcissus A. Kamirey. He goes by Nak after his initials since Narc isn't a very good nickname.

He claims the A stands for Adventure making that litterally his middle name. His sister calls him N.T.K. because she says his middle name it Trouble.

Kojo Academy isn't strictly a night school. There is in fact a day session which has a much, much larger student body. This is why Kojo Academy is quite large even though the classes at night class is very, very small.

Kojo Academy is one of the few schools in the area to offer classes at night and most parents with kids who are physically able to go out in sunlight send their children to day school even if they species is normally nocturnal since those classes are larger, better staffed and more normal.

Mira is a Nixie which is a sort of water sprite. It is sort of a mermaid for rivers and lakes and other fresh water bodies. Nixies are known to be able to take human form, does this mean Mira has a transformation in the future? ^_^

The class once had a school pet, but Sarah snacked on it when no one was looking and afterwards it turned to mist and escaped.

The green Space Duck's name is Quacksen Jackson. Quacksen is also the leader of the Magic Space Ducks.

Despite being named after a color Azure and his whole species are color blind. His parents asked what color he was born (which was a blue shade) and named him after it but as he grew up he changed to his current red color. Azure himself has no idea where his name came from nor that he is now the wrong color.

Rave's favorite band is Vinal Felony, however few other students appreciate VF's music.

He currently owns only their first album “Blacker than Black”

Several of the students in Kojo academy are orphans due to the second Warlock's War which took place a several years ago.

The Hecktarine was inspired by the Ohio Buckeye which looks like quite an evil fruit with spikish thorns all over it when it is on a tree but then splits open to reveal the nut like seed once it falls off tree.

Skee was one of the few characters I designed for Night School instead of Amy and the only one I drew myself. When making is outfit I basically pulled everything out of my closet I had bought at the Army/Navy store and started sketching.

Another character I designed was Nigel but even there Amy did the concept sketch based off my description of the character.

Skee doesn't like you, neither does Nak.

The most popular sport in the day session of Kojo Academy is Vollyball.

The Night School generally doesn't have any offical sports teams as they face two problems. One they don't have enough kids the same page to put together a team for most sports and two there are not any other night schools for them to play against.

Once in a while though if the kids get organized enough in place of student rallies they'll play a exhibition(SP) game against the day school's team just after the sun sets. The day class almost always wins these so the night school students don't really look forward to these except for a few students like Boone who enjoy the challenge.

The most popular sport in Night School is Track. For competitions they simply play at night and compair their numbers to the day teams. The team has gone to compete at states several times as it is held in an indoor field without windows but the few times they've gone the bright lights has thrown the team off and they've lost.

In the script the Legacy Clock Sarah takes from her father was originally called the Puzzle Clock due to its inspiration which was a Puzzle Box from truely awful martial arts special effects movie Storm Riders.

The band Vinal Fellony has a long time rivalry with the band Zeroth Edition Spectrum Horrors. Consiquently Rave hates any Zeroth Edition fans.
