Prologue p10

This is probably the most iconic page from the interior of the book, certainly the one we got the most mail about. What's not to like about a shotgun-wielding, bad-ass, demon hunter with a penchant for deadpan one-liners? Jeremiah, who doesn't get a lot of “screen time” during the actual Killing Demons story has a pivotal back story intended to be revealed in a second KD book, time and fate permitting.

I liked the use of the lettered sound effect in the background and how it's layered behind Jeremiah's figure, which adds the illusion of three dimensionality. Plus, it makes for a better pin-up!
