Scene Three p3

Once again, sorry about the delay in posting. I was a bit optimistic about my recovery – no doubt masked by a high volume of painkillers. But I'm confidently on the mend now and should be able to resume our show.

This page picks up right where our last one left off, continuing the Chinatown sequence. Once again, I'm working in a nine panel format, which Brent adjusts in the fifth panel to accentuate the action sequence; a compliment to the previous page. The visual with the demon's middle fingers that Brent added is particularly effective as it accentuate's the demon transformation when followed panel-to-panel.

This sequence also illustrates a darker side of Joshua's personality; one that almost revels in dispatching the demons to their fate. A macabre playfulness reminiscent of the Connery Bond in either Dr. No or From Russia With Love (and, of course, the recent Daniel Craig).
