Not long ago we successfully funded a new feature coming to drunkduck very soon, namely a notification system so that you no longer miss those wonderful comments your comics! Work has progressed quickly and the new feature is now in beta and ready for you lovely members of DD to test!
You can do so in 3 simple steps!
1. Click the this url here: http://next.theduckwebcomics.com/user/comments/
2. Sign into the beta site to test the function. The comments are marked as “unread” by default. Just hit “mark all as read” if you want to change that. If you have a separate account you can test the function further by signing in with a different account, leaving a comment on your comic and then checking on it with your original account.
3. Give your feedback here in this forum. Or you can leave your feedback here on the news post!

@Kabra: the test site is based on an older version of the site so if your account or comic was created after ward it won't be there. To test it you'd need to create two accounts: one with a comic and one to comment on it.

I signed up, but I don't see my comic in beta site. Is this beta version connected with regular site or I neeed to upload there all pages?

Yep. It's being added when it and it's companion feature, the author reply notification, are done. And Alexey our programmer is paid. For which I have the money thanks to our generous donors!

@ mks_monsters Yes. Your account didn't exist when that old backup copy that's used for testing was created so you need to make a new account there.

Um, I can't seem to login even when I enter my credentials. Do I need to create a new account entirely?
