You've probably forgotten what Sarah looks like by now as we've been with Lenore and ‘Hopkins’ for so long and for those of you who are possibly new to this comic, she's the one in the middle.

On a side note I have to admit I have mixed feelings about using recycle bins. Ours is kind of average dustbin size and it feels good to know we're saving the planet and all that but when I put it out and there's hardly anything in it, I feel kinda guilty for making such a pathetic contribution and yet if I put it out and it's almost overflowing then I feel just as guilty that we're having to recycle so much stuff anyway.

Oddly enough I have no problems with the non-recyclable bin even though I should feel ashamed every time I put something in that.

Next week: I'll be discussing Toaster settings and why the different numbers on the dial don't seem to mean shit.

Oh yea, and I'm afraid we're back on Hopkins again for two more pages as Sarah ‘sees’ what happens to him after he decided to mess up Lenore's life.

Tommym: I just read the report you mention and it's certainly alarming! As for clothing, I've been a size 16 (UK sizing) since forever so although not buying very often I've still accumulated rather a lot of clothing over the years that still fits. I have no sense of fashion other than practical and comfy which helps too.

Interesting side-note Sky. Hmm .. . and it's interesting that Sarah is speculating that Lenore's story may be just be her imagination. And then we have the broken Witch-bottle . . . I'm very interested in what comes next. And not just the toaster settings either.

We get instructions to separate rubbish in different bags - then the bin men throw them all in the same truck! Don't make enough rubbish to even bother separating anyway - except for used cat food, that is.

Duckbert: Please don't tell me you made an account just to talk about recycling.:) But you're right. I've also heard a rumour that the UK pay Turkey to bury our waste over there just so we can claim to be environmentally friendly.

Wow, there it is! So Sarah is psychic. But maybe she was just the one chosen to channel the sad story. I guess she is special in the sense that she was willing to pursue her intuition to determine the truth. As far as toasters go, I was thinking that the problem is that I only spent $8 on mine.

Fred: Our current toaster has lasted about 8 times longer than our jug kettles which seem to barely make it past the guarantee, yet these two items seem so competitive that it feels nearly all of them are aimed at cost rather than quality.

NicandBen: I do feel more pride in re-purposing so if I can think of an alternate use for something I had intended to bin, that gives me a warm glow inside.
