@Neilsama the art style was a dead giveaway! I've seen Wizards, American Pop and Bakshi's version of The Lord of the Rings. I didn't see his "urban" films or his version of Fritz the Cat,if you're a fan of underground comics!

@DarkRose You either read the commentary from the beginning or you are very astute as to which art style I was mimicking. Yes, they are intended to be demons from Bakshi's Wizards. I think this is only the second time that I've drawn Syr. The first time was page 4 of Chapter 1. And back then, had a different look. in fact, part of the reason that Max and Fritz exist is because I didn't have a model sheet for Syr, and I had to make something up. I'm glad these two goons were able to come back to get knocked around. I didn't really think they'd get another scene.
