Doll cooch looks exactly like anyone else's no big deal there. Editing the shoulder and elbow joints is hard enough, constructing the entire pelvis is just too much like work.

I'll bet with some Photoshop magic, I could pull it off! But then, we're probably all better off not knowing what a doll cooch looks like!

Seems someone read the outline description and hints in the script very carefully. There will be male Robo types coming up but they're called Robo-hom-oids. They won't feature such anatomy because you can't do it with dolls and make it look reasonable because of how hip joints are designed on the figures. Haven't you wondered why there are no full frontal shots? It's not because of the M versus A rating, it's that eliminating the doll hip joints and making it look like a person is damn near impossible.
