101 Tigers

Hi, everyone!
Yep, it's a full colour page. What you see here is an old favourite among typical cat games. My cat loved to play it, even if she didn't jump people. May she rest in peace! Also, you're witness to a very typical Northern German conversation mode, jocularly called in Platt “Alleen in Sellschapp” - “Alone in company”. We're kind of notorious for it. It's a stereotype of course, but some times we really love to just enjoy each other's company in silence without any unnecessary prattling about the weather or whatever - it just isn't necessary. And if anyone feels like saying something, it's often teasing - but friendly teasing not meant to hurt.
When tigers play, they do play a bit rough. However, you can always tell if they play - a tiger attacking for real wouldn't say “Grooff!” or anything, it'll just go straight to business.
I know for a fact - from playing with a young lion a couple of years ago - that big cats always have absolute control over how hard they bite. Somehow they know exactly how far they can go. This said, accidents may of course still happen just as often as they do in every game gone wild, but they're accidents. They know the difference very well. And this is just what Tiger does - he gives Christian quite a start, but there won't even be a bruise.
Thanks for reading, and have a nice weekend!
Thanks for commenting, too. I'm dying to try out this new “reply” button, you know. :)
