Star Strip Issue 1 page 12

McCoy and Tang comment on the Aordian officers and Aura's assignment aboard Surprise. Rickover has that reputation and maybe they chose to put an Aordian on his ship to teach him a lesson?

McCoy may be exaggerating here. He bases his remark on there being no such thing as marriage in Aordian culture, but no monogamy? Kind of like saying that without a deity there can be no morality? The absence of an institution doesn't mean that humans will immediately revert to the capricious behavior of chimpanzees. But then McCoy was never much of a sociologist just an old country doctor.

This like every other scene is done completely in blue screen. It's just the figures in a blank set of blue poster board. I was going to use a bar set and some of my spaceship interior stuff, but I found renders and photos to use instead. That's the difference with this and other comics. I have always had some sets in the past but this is the first with nothing but blue screen.

NONE of the renders are mine and were all borrowed or stolen.

Currently I'm six pages ahead. Last week there were three pages and I may continue with that depending on how far ahead production can remain. Hopefully I'll be able to post four-five pages a week soon.
