@skyangel - Thanks, skyangel! I agree that finding stuff to watch has become easier but somehow it doesn't MATTER as much. It's not as pleasurable as it used to be. But as the video stores fall, I wonder if the Movie Pit in this comic will manage to remain open...;)

This page pulled at my heartstrings as I really miss the old video and DVD rental days. It was lovely walking in and exploring the latest releases as well as seeing old films and TV series pop up from the past. It may be easier to watch movies now but it feels so much more limited unless you can afford many subscriptions. Lovely to see you have renewed enthusiasm to continue again :)

It looks very good in black and white. And I agree that a change in style or technique may help to overcome an artist block and add some excitement again to drawing the same characters all the time ;) Great job!

There are a few Family Video stores still open... I see them as if they were the last member of a race of giants that once roamed the earth... vestige if a long gone time, now lost in a dusty memory in the great book of history... oh, the cruelty of father time! Only rumors and legends will survive...

Well, his face is sorta longish all the time, really. I'd forgotten about the "store closing" storyline, so I get to be shocked all over again. Life stays interesting when you have a short memory. It works for goldfish!

I was positive you wouldn't let this thing just fade away... But yeah, for a sec I had forgotten about the store-closing thread, so when I saw TK's sign I thought for a sec you were preparing a 'goodbye' page for the comic... And I was going, 'Noooooooooo...' and then I was looking for a puppy to hug and accidentally stepped on its tail, and it was crying and I was crying and... Glad you're back!! ;)
