Eternity Comic has some nice, subtle background textures that give the world a lived-in feeling. It helps to contrast the animated look of the anime characters, and allows the reader to relate to their world a bit more. It “grounds” them, if you will.

Very nice!

Both trevoramueller's comics are insanely well drawn and the story telling is magnificent. Very very talented artist.

I knew it! I knew it! Pigs are evil!

Seriously though. Cowtoon is quite funny! I like the art style quite a bit. It is simple, but not simplistic. It is the artists own style and not a copy. And did I mention that it is FUNNY? Read it :)

Chronicles of Wyrden spins almost soap opera ideas (in a good way) in such an interesting world. I am a great fan of victorian stuff and I am glad while you don't go into too much details in your drawings you still deliver the feel of victorian era.

ANATTA: I am really quite impressed with the daring of your artwork. The scope of the things which you draw is often quite large. I especially love the thousands of disembodied heads in the most recent update. It speaks volumes. This seems to be quite an interesting story.

(Hint: you are supposed to comment on the post directly above yours in this thread and the criticism thread, not just pick a comic at random) ;)

Oh! I am so sorry about that! I really liked the concept and the humor George the Dragon delivers. You should do a George the Dragon vs Puff the Magic Dragon strip. :P

You have a unique and interesting style. The facial expressions are priceless. I also like the way you use think but non-black outlines in your comic. It gives it more interest and visual appeal.

Used Books has another fantastic update (and how she manages to update this comic every day is something that confounds and amazes me), furthering the noir feel and great characterization that has come to define this series!

Fellow Anime Ace font user! I love that font, very good choice. Also like the fact you use different fonts to express emotions. I thought that was a nice touch.

I haven't looked at Am007 for a while. I'm still diggin' the backgrounds and angles. The blood splatter effects and details on the red fellow are really cool too. Your comic is definitely one-of-a-kind. It looks tougher to put together than drawing stuff by hand.

Used Books has some of the best dialogue, and interesting characters on the Duck, in my opinion. I love this comic best, when it is in color, because the color application here is just unique. Good stuff, as well as an interesting story line.

Engine along with tim's other comics are visual, detailed masterpieces and his art is superb. As I've said before the man has his own unique style but reminds me in many ways of old Kirby.

gothenreich: You have a very interesting drawing style. Sketchy style with color. I like how you do sunlight though. Everything thing is just brilliant under the harsh rays of the sun. It makes for a very neat effect. :)

George the Dragon continues to amaze, with fun colors and vibrant characters. It also tries to change itself up every now and then, which is refreshing and makes the book a joy to read.

I like the sense of motion and drama that the art in Interim State conveys.
Also, the concept of bounty hunters in purgator is very cool and I'm excited to see how it will pan out.

I like the art and coloring style. The font is pretty cool as well. But my favorite thing about this page would have to be the backgrounds. The tiny little swirls on the bushes and the intricate details on the trees really paid off.

You ability to show action with sprites is about the best I have seen. The action actually flows and the characters don't seem static.

I have to say that you make very good use of action lines and those shading dot things (the real name for those escapes me at the moment). I can really feel the motion on all the pages. Going back a few pages a can feel that wounding pain – nice job on the blood, done very realistically rather than overdone (in some comics characters spout buckets of blood for a paper cut…). The facial expressions are great too.
