Very simple art but it works, I also like that you don't stop with the first joke but take it a little further.

@genejoke; Hey really like the coloring on this. The lettering is also some of the best ive seen in a webcomic in a while
i haven't posted my updates on here in a while so finally heres a new one. As always some of them have dirty language, potty humor, you know, all the good stuff.

I like the general idea of the comic…the school supplies being the characters. Your paneling sequences are good, however I'd advise to make more room for your dialogue bubbles. Some of them are pretty small and a bit hard to read. Looks like Page 43 didn't upload…unless I'm missing something. Your comic page link at the bottom of your forum post didn't work as well. I had to go to your profile to actually get to the comic page. Don't know what the problem is, but when my page link wasn't working, someone told me about a link-shortner and it did the trick. I use this shortner: https://bitly.com/

@kyupol After reading earlier pages and the later pages, I see you improved a lot in your artwork. I like how you made effects come out to like energy emitting out of one's body or the blurry effect when someone is hit.

Today in Skooland, Castaways will be concluding with a part two coming sometime next year. So that means Skooland will be on hiatus until further notice. Five pages have been added and the last page is quite interesting.

It's been longer than a year since i updated and i probably have lost 100% of my audience here but if anyone wants to check out some cartoons and maybe get a chuckle or 2 out of it, visit my Pep Squad link.

Sorry, i cannot comment on the previous person's cartoon because the link is not working.

PEP SQUAD can be pretty funny. I might be bias cuz I love football and the strip revolves around that premise so I dig the strip. He can draw women pretty sexy in a cartoony Jessica Rabbit way. Even though they're cheerleaders and people expect them to be dumb, Dave Mire makes them not dumb but not rocket scientists either. They love what they do and have fun with it. The product placement strip was nice. They do whats expected of them and exploit themselves for a few laughs. I wish all women were like the women in Pep Squad.
My book is called FILTHY DECADANTS and its a cross between Sonny Chiba's The Streetfighter, Escape from New York. The synopsis: A ronin searches for her daughter after massive quakes decimate most of California. Meanwhile, miscreants and the lowest of the low overtake what is left to create a new society where cannibalism and mayhem rule the land. Its on sale at IndyPlanet but the preview is below. an 8 page preview. Its a bit gory but the comic does have soul. Its got a universal theme that came from the heart. Oh god thats cheesy. But then that's why I threw in gore!

@ Filthy Decadents - interesting premise so far. I like the details and lineart. Sometimes hands and perspective get screwed up but thats ok. Colors could help. I'm a fan of colored comics. :)

While “Without Moonlight” is not the style of comic I generally follow, I do like what looks like free-hand illustration versus something computer-generated. I also like the fact that you let your characters talk. Lots of dialogue…as a writer, I love works that have have hefty dialogue, as long as it's interesting…and it looks like this comic has this trait.

You've got a lot of cool effects going on in this page, yet it doesn't distract the reader. Good work!

Also you should go check Elements since I've finally obtained a computer that doesn't have a 100% failure rate and can go back to updating regularly.

'Masters would SO benefit from color - even if it was just a primary palette. I'm a big color fan. Only like B&W when there is broad tone of shading. Otherwise, the drawing's O.K. I was surprised there weren't more pages, as I thought it had been around for a while…
O.K. Liquid Lunch and Little Black Dress are (hopefully) both updating at around the 3-4 day mark. PLus I've got back to doing Birdman and ditto for that.

Liquid Lunch looks pretty intriguing! I glanced at a few pages prior to the updated one as well, and it's very well-paced and easy to understand. I've got only one critique, and that's that coloring's a little bit rough.
The same for Little Black Dress, but I do enjoy the use of various angles and shots! It keeps the dialogue from seeming too boring or plain.
All in all, quite good.

My own comic's quite new (only three pages in, haha), but here;http://www.drunkduck.com/And_So_They_Came/

Nice vehicle design on this BASO page, and I think I've mentioned this before, but I really like how you're avoiding the usual glaringly-mismatched look a lot of 3D rendered webcomics have. Your pages are actually well designed and cohesive.

@Spacehamster really enjoyed reading Bulletproof! I read all of issue five and the beginning of six before writing this review.
The art flows really well with the story, and you have a good eye as to different camera angles and keeping panels fresh. Lots of action and good use of sound effects in the backgrounds of the panels!
I am heading back over to Bulletproof immediately and reading from the beginning. Great job, keep up the great work!

Is this thread broken for anyone else? When I try to click on the last post link on the right, I get an error message, only clicking on the last page link works. Plus nobody's posted anything in three days. Do we maybe need to start a new one because this one's too long?

there are still a lot of functions on this site that aren't working quite right, but starting a new one wouldn't hurt but best get one of the admins to sticky it and lock this one.
