Gunwallace spotlight, Magellan contest, Cowtoon, and Hospitality Included!

Today's spotlight is on Gunwallace! Gunwallace (David Tulloch) jumped into Drunk Duck with both feet, posting his excellent Playmobil figurine comic Character Development (and later, Utterly Rucked) and making friends with just about everybody! He's since been involved with all kinds of projects, helping greatly with Lite Bites, Duck and Quail, doing Secret Santas and art exchanges, and generally being all-around helpful and nice! He's a great example of a writer who has gotten involved at all levels of making comics and we are quite happy to have him here. :]

xmung of Magellan and Crossoverkill has announced a fan art competition, where the winner receives $75! I think that's a prize worthy of some great entries, don't you? If you want to check it out, see this thread or read the entry info on his main site!

machinehead's Cowtoon has reached its 400th page! He says, “Does the world really need 400 pages of Cowtoon? No, not really. It didn't really need one. But since it's already been going on so long I might as well keep it going.” That's the spirit!

Hospitality Included, the only online comic strip that features the world-famous Funbar, announces its return on January 3, 2012 with its 250th update.

Following the antics and adventures of Hoss, the head of security for a fictional suburban nightclub, as well as the rest of the Funbar crew, Hospitality Included debuted on November 1, 2010. The January 3 publishing marks the 250th update of the strip.
