Obviously done in Photoshop, but the writing is OK. I don't really get the joke in it's lead up, but the last panel had me chuckle.
The text is a tad hard to read, but shows up rather smooth, if that makes sense. Perhapse switching the font to Comic Sans would fix that. The lack of any actual "art" takes away from my score, but for what it's worth, this is still, decent, average work.
