Why Setar? Well, I just thought it up randomly, and at a later date found out it was an instrument.
Youre terrible with updating! Tell me something Im not painfully aware of?
Why so many girl characters in Setar? I was a child female when I developed this. Me and my feline friends were obviously going to be about all girls. Boy cooties yaknow. (Ironically, my newer characters all seem to be boys.)
Whats with the odd character names? I just mumble stuff until I come up with something cool most of the time. I forget what inspired Zara. Alixixi I was thinking of a non-gendery name for me to edit, (Alex), which had a medieval ring to it. (Like Alexander.)It was tomboyish enough, then added a zizi sound and spelled it funny. Trina I dont remember, but I was hopping to mix tomboy and cutesy.
Whats your favorite kind of comic? One where it is exciting, and is full of twists. (Or at least one big twist.) As for art style/quality, so long as I can tell whats going on, Im fine. Im also a fan of being made to cry, I love tragedy, but I still hate it if the bad guys win. Action is good, but emotional drama is annoying to me if over done.
So, a brief history of your story? Well, in real life when I was five-ish I thought that every little child should have a superhero alter-ego. So, I made myself one. My garb was a skirt and this awesome vest with an awesome cat design on it.
I thought I should have a sidekick, so, I made Zara. This version wore an exact copy of Lara Crofts tomb raidin outfit. Her hair used to be dark blue, with a light blue streak down the center. She was also human, at that point in time.
Then I added my cats, Gyper, Solo, Pooky, and it went from there. Forming and reforming over the years.
In my place is a different flower.
You seem to be talking alot? Yeah, I am. But I want to say what Id forget otherwise, here.
Hey! You never do cameos!? Not obvious ones at least. The story is set, the wheel has already turned. Nothing that messes with my characters words or actions can be added.

The colours are kinda dodgy and I didn't really know how to make blood stains properly (I can't ink stuff traditionally or digitally at all). But it's fan art nonetheless. Hope you like it :)

I was gonna say it last time but then I got kicked off the internet but: YAY! Welcome back, I remember you and wow your art looks so fabulous! (I remember when it a started out with sprites,then the new style... and I do remember doing the fan art for you too!)and it wasn't that you mentioned your old name was Zara here that tipped me off, but because I had Setar in my portal back in the day and when I saw your profile and that comic was there my eyes nearly bugged out ^_^ (can you tell I am excited to see ya? ^_^) And again: Wow your art looks so good!
