I was making my mother somehow furious over my wasteful entire collection of one-panel-a4 comics floating around.
Most stories were about princesses, ghosts, castles, some video game characters (I made my own version of Crash Bandicoot then spent alot of the childhood days drawing cats/anthro comics).
It started as a way to cope with bullying in my early childhood. It was a way for me escape from the harsh real life and into a fantasy world where i had full control of everything.
I had some good friends, luckily, and I spent time drawing comicswith them back when they had actual interest in drawing before adulthood hit.
When Manga came to Norway I started drawing that, I was especially fond of Arina Tanemura's works (Jeanne d'Arc to mention one), which later developed. As an adult I still draw, and its become a very important thing for me. Not only is it a part of me but its also my number one passion and what makes me happy in this world and probably dying would suck since then i cant draw anymore . Most of the things I do is very personal, as a result of my childhood bullying I'm still dealing with occasional depression/angst, and doing comics, most dealing with that issue, is a part of my self-proclaimed recovery.
Even if comics is very personal I'm still willing to improve and grow as an artist, and I'm not insulted if there's things people disagree with as long as they're reasonable!
Making comics and stories will probably be a part of me til the day I end, even if I might never profit from it its a thing I do purely from the love of doing it.
