I think it's the usual 'outfit outside the law but protecting everyone so it's ok' type set-up. Although I think Blaine does say something about authority funding somewhere... Munchie's a quiet operator when he wants to be isn't he?

It doesn't even make sense to suspect someone of abducting children from a park when they are in the park at night. Only teenagers and hobos hang around in parks at night. Not children. There aren't any to abduct. Silly police officer.

haha, I know! I was going for "rage" and one of my friends said it looked more like "'roid rage" as though he's drugged out and screeching mad! Officer Wally is just really stressed about those missing kids... He looks more normal in the original version, perhaps I'll chop that out and post it here when I get the time. I like comparing the super-old stuff ^_^
