Hi! Haven't logged in here for years it feels like, checking in on my old favorite webcomic! So, I have a question, and I hope it isn't dumb; are the Charby: The Vampirate and the Charby: ReVamped comics different continuities, or is one behind the other? I mean I want to catch up, and just want to make sure I'm not misunderstanding anything.

Hey welcome back! :D not a dumb question at all, ReVamped is the same continuity, but going back to a bunch of stuff I cut/truncated from the old original pre-webcomic version and streamlining some stuff that I felt was a little flawed. I just put the new Pirate Days up in the ReVamped archive, but it'll go live on the 21st because of the way the uploader works (it was a huge pain). I'm basically updating art, but also fixing some problems. When it's done I kinda plan to stitch the full archive together somehow, I only intend to "revamp" up to a specific point (after the party)

I'm really loving Hexavior and Yiska's relationship, not looking forward to Hex finding out that Yiska is there on a job. Everything was incredibly beautiful in this scene, the wait was long, but totally worth it!

This scenery and sky is just beautiful! Neat dialogue, too. I wouldn't put it past Hexavier that he knows she's hiding something from him, as he's doubtless hard-boiled enough to realise that past a certain age and skill level probably everyone does, as well as to know better than to try and pry. For instance, this hunter may soon learn how snooping around can be dangerous to his health. :) Great work on the subtle expressions, too. I can see in every panel that covert tasks and so on aside they genuinely like each other.

This is a nice and calm, and also emotional, moment between Hex and Yiska. They really do make a cute couple, though Yiska's work is probably going to cause problems further down the line. It does seem like she's sincerely interested in Hexavier, and not just playing him for access/information. -- Also, I'm wondering if the hunters have actually found Hex and Yiska, or if he's still searching and is going to have to head back at some point soon.

Agreed. There's a lot of great backgrounds and expressions on this page, especially considering that Hex has blank eyes.
