Arious--Sorry about the looong delay on this. Shortly after starting work on it and planning for a 2015 release, I got a promotion that took up a good chunk of time. I'm hoping to begin rolling this series out this summer. I'll be sure to post an "official" announcement both here and at Fusion's site once I have a concrete release schedule.

kryshunter--It's taking longer than expected. I wanted to get the first 15 strips completed before I started posting (about half the first issue), but the art is taking longer than I had expected (and I've had less time to work on it than I had expected last year--in large part because of a promotion I got at work). I have 6 strips completed so far (as well as scripting for the first issue and about half of the second issue--and a lot of rough scripting and notes for the 3rd and 4th issues). Once I build up a buffer of about 2 months with Fusion, I'll knock out a few more strips of Dude in Distress. I'd like to launch Feb/March of next year now. Once I have a tighter grip on the schedule, I'll be posting announcements here and at Fusion. But it is still in the works!
