I'd be more worried about alien venereal diseases. Always found the origin for Protean from Empowered to be equally hilarious and disturbing (https://empowered.fandom.com/wiki/Protean). That said, Con'qorians are naturally immune to all recorded diseases (including VDs), so AA doesn't give much thought to catching anything.
