Yeah, as many guessed, Kimber Lee was just toying with it (maybe she's enjoying this a wee bit too much…)
Okay, by page 10, there'll be a major shift in how this comic looks. See, I got a new graphics tablet and downloaded clip studio, and I'm gonna take a stab at doing some pages digitally. It's something I wanted to try for years but always was afraid to take the leap. Whether I keep at it depends on if I make much progress (that means the first few pages will look kinda rough, most likely…). Anyway, wish me luck. And yeah, I realize the traditional pages have a kind of charm that's impossible to duplicate digitally, but with practice you can get awful close (see FC's stuff)!

I'm up with the new comic, faved, and loving it! I would totally go with how you about doing your art, I'm sure we will not be disappointed as you will no doubt be the first to come back to traditional if the tablet causes you to implode with frustration! Now's probably the ebst time to go for it anyway as you are not mid story and won't feel you have a whole section or a vast archive that needs to be redone to make everything uniform.

If you want to blur the borders between traditional and digital media even more, I have been hearing good things about Rebelle painting software, which does a really good job of giving a traditional-media look. http://www.escapemotions.com/products/rebelle/

I'd stop going on missions with her. I'd feel completely useless and unnecessary. Best of luck with the digital art! I could never get the feel for it, but it can save a lot of money in art supplies. Heh.

I tried to convey that's exactly how they feel in the limited conversation displayed so far. Right now they have to go along with Kimber Lee 'just in case...', and maybe they're supposed to keep an eye on her as well!!
