Messing around with Styles again! I think I may be influenced by the Awesome Art in AmeialP's Kings Club (sorry don't have time to make a link - I'm in the mountains :D). Of course, falling a bit short compared to the skill in that comic!!
Anyway, it's just getting worse and worse for KL! There's certainly something special about the wolf's spit - and its jaws are a car crusher!!

I'm guessing that's some kind of flashbang attack? She better do something; so far all she's done is provide an easy meal. There's definitely a noticeable style shift from the previous pages; the brush strokes are more bold and defined.

You can mix the techniques to speed up the "smooth painting" technique :) If you add some strokes with a darker tone in volume shadow and use a mix brush to smooth that. And with a brush with effect, add some quick strokes to the highlight, giving a painted texture (fading color effect). It's super quick too. I do that for the publishers because they want the "prettier" effect XD Maaaaaaaaaan, I'm with you! My weak point is flat colors too.

Hey your stuff in incredible!! It would have surely been faster if I knew more what I was doing! Hinting and highlights and color fades using nothing but flats is something I still have to practice with! Not sure how much I'm gonna keep doing it, but wanted to try this page... and will likely try some more, see how it goes!!

Everyone else would have been well on their way to become wolf crap by now, but the cavalry takes its time. I guess it just goes to show that once people are used to someone else's superpowers they don't fully appreciate them any more... But there's always plan B: making silly faces behind her each time she runs into a camera trap - that's sure gonna teach her! ;)

She's going to intrude upon the Wolf's photos? Kimber, you're a sassy one! I like the behavior of the wolves in the background - it makes this feel so real. I'd imagine they're running in wide circles around the fracas? Either way, that detail jumps out to me (they're amazingly drawn too!)
