Locoma on July 10, 2007
This week's page: I took D0m's question as a technique suggestion, so here it is! A page of Locoma made entirely with Photoshop! Enjoy!
Replies in a RUSHHHHH:
Thanks all for the support, I wasn't sure about last page… but if you all liked it, that's good for me :-D
Bitplayer: ah… let me see… I think it was 200 ppi, but I always resize my drawings after scanning them. I want to keep them in high res in case I lose the originals.
A tweebus: it would be nice if you share those ideas :-D I'm curious!
2nd wind: I've never watched Monty Python… just the movies, but I think I would love it from the little I saw. I'm a fan of Kids In the Hall, if that's related.
Tantz: seems like Paula will have her moment after all ;) oh! and I'm slow at PQ's replies, sorry! I always write a lot, which takes me a lot of time too.
usedbooks: ranting writer is here to stay! hehe
look lothar I have a favicon too :-D

That actually looks really great. You certainly get the hang of these different mediums darn fast! I'd be happy to see the rest of the comic done this way but I also like seeing the results of your experiments. XD

Looks great! Colors are brighter. I don't know if this would work at the toy store since the theme is darker, but it works here as Paula seems quite amused!

This is beautifully done. Very lively, especially for a page that's so laid back. Great work.

Wow. Talented with paper and pencil as well as with Photoshop... Some guys have it all. Visit SecondWind to see how much PS kicks my butt.

Holy crap, you did a GREAT job! Was this your first time? Maybe you could integrate styles if your readers are still into the pencil format... anyway, still good work.

Looks cool, but I have to admit, I'm attached to the old pencil style too.

Yay! I think she deserves a moment ;) Mark too. I like this style too. (maybe because it's reminiscent of my own ;) ) And I'm not in a hurry. Don't worry about latency in PQ's :) Great page!

This style looks cool, very crisp. I think I prefer the traditional media, though. Looks like they didn't get too side-tracked. ;-)
