Terra forming is very, very hard. If it’s missing anything in the cycle, the whole thing collapse. That must have been a hard job to do.

They eat the rich chemosynthetic microbial culture found in the soil. They eat these deposits of microbes as they crawl over the desert.

Pretty similar, but they move very slowly, and only above ground. Their digestion produces many by-products, including heat, methane, and ethanol
