This is another way the Presidents like to talk to people - pretending like they're mingling with a fake audience.
I drew the pictures and then made up the words after. I imagine I could use the same pictures for about a dozen different jokes.

He seems so unnatural when he does that. It's even worse when he's leading up to a joke.
