One more page to go before Zac takes over for a few pages. This things is really hitting the ground running, gang. Thanks for all the support!

We've already gotten a few “Civil War Event” comics…the checklist isn't far behind! (Zac EDIT: This basically means that those who've made event comics will have their pages placed on the checklist as soon as it goes up. The introduction is about over! So keep up the good work DD community :D We've seen some awesome stuff over the past few days!)

Don't forget to declare your allegience and send your character designs to ddcivil.war@gmail.com. Try to keep your screenname as your character's name for now…that way everyone knows who's who in the comic!

Make sure you post a reply on the team board, if you haven't already been placed on the Team Rosters on this main page! I update those lists twice a day, at 12 and 12. Sometimes it's easy for me to miss people! It helps me out if all the new entries are in one spot :D

Also this Civil War is an EVENT. It's not a project, or a jam, or a small community effort. It is a community Event. What is an event? Dictionary.com says:
1. something that happens or is regarded as happening; an occurrence, esp. one of some importance.
2. the outcome, issue, or result of anything: The venture had no successful event.
3. something that occurs in a certain place during a particular interval of time.

Due to the fact that we encourage everyone to participate, this will take place over an interval of time. It's a living breathing thing, that we're all able to be proud of in the end. We will do our best not to miss an update here, so you folks can keep up with the Events on your comics too ^_^ Hope everyone has fun! This is a big thing to attempt to do, so let's prove to everyone out there on the interweb that we can do it the best!
