Zorphbert and Fred is really one of the most awesome comics here and it really keeps the original tradition of old fashioned newspaper comics alive (even if it isn't, sadly, in a newspaper).
The addition of colour is really awesome (even if I question how the owners never ask why their dog is blue…) and the line work is really impressive. Overall, a much, much, much better read than Garfield.

2's A Company is one of the wittiest strips I've seen. The banter between characters flows well and the stories are hilariously random and have kept me coming back for more. Also, the artwork is adorable and the use of color is awesome :)

Morph Man Heir has some nice stuff going for it. Good dialogue, simple but quirky art, and atmosphere going for it. If you work a little more and improve the art, it'll take you places! But still, it's an interesting comic. Keep up the good work.

Polo is a wonderfully dark urban spin on the high tech Batman-esque vigilante tale. The artwork and inking are superb and really expresses the mood in this bleak crime ridden world you have created. Always look forward to your next update!

Blood/Hound has been on my “Be Sure To Read” list for way too long - so I started reading through it, and it looks damn good to me! The artwork is superb. The use of black, white and red makes me think of Sin City, but it's something different. Each page feels almost like a movie poster. The dream sequence in the beginning is really haunting, the abundance of red gives it a surreal, otherworldly feel.
I'll be sure to read all of it when I find some more time!

ABC Has been an iron clad favorite of mine since I first laid eyes on it. The visual aspect is amazing. A mixture of cell shading, cg effects, and powerful perspectives/imagery. Everything comes together perfectly on every page and it seems as though every single one is top tier and continues to get better. The story line is deep but cute which is hard to pull off but done extremely well through out. Overall definitely one of my top picks here on the Duck.

Dreams of 1337ness is one of the funniest strips out there, and just just because there are jokes. The characters reactions to situations are eccentric and over the top - which is my kind of humor. There's nothing more funny than someone says “A girl? I've heard of your kind. When will we be having the sex?” Absolutely brilliant!

lol. What a great “torture” (depending on your definition… ;) ) scene. I also like the evil gnome, and those guys in the background are cool. Are those masks? I want those masks! They remind me of the match-the-shape games from kindergarten… Actually, the way those guys are standing with the flat black silhouette bodies, they could be some sort of creepy two-headed, match-the-shape, comedy-tragedy beast.
Oh man, I think I must be having a weird day. I shouldn't be typing right now. Then again, maybe it isn't me; maybe it's your comic. o_o

whoa.. used books has changed a lot since the last time I saw it. I just remember it being a bunch of talking heads. (Maybe I only caught a string of those days or something). Now there's action, mystery, adventure, violence. Good work.

I like how the anatomy is really down to speck. Nothing in these figures are disproportionate at all.

American 007 is graphically the most enticing sprite comic EVAR. The dark overtones and seriousness of this really shines. So much that it made me ignore the Shadow/Amy pairing that I saw in your recent page (when I realised that two hours later, I was like 0_o). Dialogue is good too, as well as the presence of character development.

Naive uses a lot of flash effects like the color gradients really well. Clean layouts and nice artwork rounded out the pages that I saw. To elaborate on a clean layout: dynamic character placements, backgrounds, effects, cut away shots, panels move around. Very nice stuff.

Penis has that surreal, absurdist comedic thing going for it, kinda goign off the 12oz Mouse vibe, if the writers wrote every episode on 'shrooms. Personally I loved the Pothead Snowman, especially the bank robbing episode with the word box “Bank”. Funtimes. It helps to be high when you read it. Though, that helps most things.

Dreams in Synergy is a work of evolving ever-twisting art! Beautiful and horrific all at the same time. I love the ever twisting storyline where nothing is as it seems and all assumptions need to be thrown out the window.

Polo is awesome.
Just read through the archive. Love the art, the dialogue. Everything. Great perspectives, angles, characters. The whole story and it's background really comes together quite well. I personally can't wait for the next update.

Shingen's Do1 is awesome if you're into gaming humor. It's like Snafu with jokes! I really enjoyed it, and even though there isn't a huge amount of pages he's already got a good fanbase going, I don't know why I commented on that, lol jealousy really X__x. But anways, very funny. Check it out. I faved it and am def gonna add it to recommeneds!

Mercs has very good line art and the colouring is very good. A lot of shades for the colour and it helps the characters blend into the background. You have an original style that works.
You're good with anatomy and facial expressions and good with drawing cloths (or not drawing cloths).
Finally, I like the jokes in the comic. They're quick and witty. You can't go wrong.

2's A Company has nice clean linework and solid colors. The character design is great. I always enjoy characters that have easy to interpret impressions, and it is cool that they are different animals, even though I usually dislike anthropomorphic stuff. The dialogue works nicely, and it's hand-lettering that I can actually read! (Hand-lettering is so cool, but 90% of the time, when people try it, it is nearly illegible.)

Used Books is in my opinion the best comic story-wise on DD period. There's a lot of comics that I can see being made into anime's or going pro but I can honestly see Used Books being a blockbuster movie franchise. The writing is great and the story draws you in. Every character is memorable and the mystery surrounding it is so intriguing that every update feels like a small clue to its past. All in all it's over 300 pages of pure awesome and has cemented a place in my favorite comics.

Possibly one of the funniest gaming comics i've read in a while. You clearly know what's funny and what's not, and your jokes are never hit or miss, they always connect! Also, the characterization is very good. Great comic, bro.

As far as sprite comic go, American007 is probably one of the most innovative, combining traditional sprite characters but changing perspectives, adding effects, and zooming in / out on the action as it happens. This is a web comic that is pushing the sprite category to its limits and beyond, and it's definitely worth checking out whether you're a fan of sprites or not.

marine surprises me with his new comic, werewolf. I thought that he would be content with “dick and fart jokes” but this horror serial killer comic looks very promising. i 'specially like the narration…i think that sells it.

Glad I got the chance to say something about Jess's comic. Art-wise, it's one of the most mesmerizing things I've seen on DD - or in comics in general. What captivates me the most are the colors, especially the intense light of the sun in its different stages reflected on the characters. It forms the perfect contrasts - rusty red against purple, fiery red against green… That's the finest eye candy you'll find.
