Their names are Paizuri and Chikan. They're from an anime called Futanari Plus! It's about two young girls who try to destroy the government using divine powers. It seems to appeal a lot to fans of Elfen Lied. If you ever wish to join the KALA you really need to sharpen up on these things.

OMG I JUST TORRENTED ALL THE EPISODES OF FUTANARI PLUS! IT'S AMAZING! I watched Elfen Lied, and, craving MOAR violence, torrented this series. Lots of blood and stuff. I hope you're not squeemish zgenstru, because this series is practically a red screen most of the time. After you watch Elfen Lied, watch Futanari Plus! Oh, and watch EVERY episode of InuYasha, that's another amazing series!
