ok! I haven't hosted such a thing before but if by tomorrow nobody else steps up I'll try to do it

Usually this is started up in November to give plenty of time for people to sign up and complete their assignments. Knowing this, what does everyone think is reasonable for length of time for people to sign up and a reasonable amount of time to make the gift art?

Last time I did it in 2011, it was a week to sign up and two weeks to make the art. Following that structure, most people should receive their art by New Year's.

Once again, we would be happy to participate, just so long as we have enough time to get something completed before the deadline.

Yes, very short notice but I think we're cool about going into 2024 for it :)
