I was going to use an applause emoji (👏) but at least on my screen it looks like a badly misshapen strawberry muffin glazed with a toxic lead compound called Naples Yellow - so I used the thumbs-up ones instead (which at least look like yellow play-dough dropped on the floor), but not to diminish the applause.
