Episode 56 - BASO Profundo Post Feature Interview
Dec 20, 2011
This particular Quackcast marks the very first time I've ever interviewed a featured comic creator, just after his feature! Genejoke was kind enough to descend from his palatial Robinson Crusoe style palm tree manor house on the tropical shores of southern Britain, wearing a rumpled cream linen suit and a white panama hat. Sipping a dry Martini in the hot noon sun he slipped on his half coconut headphones and spoke into a conch shell for the interview about his fantastic featured SciFi space opera comic: B.A.S.O - See Genejoke's profile and his stuff here: http://www.drunkduck.com/user/Genejoke

Episode 55 - Genres Revisited
Dec 13, 2011
My attractive assistant Skoolmunkee agreed to another guest appearance in order to re-adress this topic. I asked people about their favourite webcomic genres, why they like them and what makes them so cool and interesting, whether it's the genre they like to read or create in. The genres we covered chiefly in your previous genre Quackcast (number 29, http://www.drunkduck.com/quackcast/episode-29-genres-generally-speaking/), were fantasy, slice of life, post apocalypse, and spiritual, and declared that post apocalypse the winner. This time we all decide that steam/diesel/cyberpunk is best! We briefly try and tackle superheros, but nothing much comes out of it except the brown Lantern...

Episode 50 - Enhanced, Exposed and Erect, Adult Webcomics
Nov 8, 2011
A broad yet tasteful, classy and highly discrete discussion about the wonderful and disturbing world of lewd, lascivious adult webcomics.

Episode 46 - Pop Culture Dress-Up for Fun and Profit
Oct 11, 2011
Zac rejoins oz and skool this week for a fun and enlightening talk about cosplay! Together oz and zac have a good bit of experience on the subject (skool's a bit ignorant) and they cover the range from what it is and how to do it, to how webcomicers in particular might benefit.

Episode 43 - Maxwell McDuff, Private Eye
Sep 20, 2011
This extra-special Quackcast is all about ayesinback and the 2011 Drunk Duck Radio Play! A big effort by a lot of people, it's presented here along with a great chat with ayesinback, czarina of the project.

Episode 42 - My Infinite Canvas Could Beat Up Your Interactive Story
Sep 13, 2011
In this extra-ordinary length podcast about extra-ordinary webcomics, skoolmunkee and ozoneocean talk about how media, format, topic (and other features) may factor into whether a comic is "traditional" or not. And some of their favorite examples!

Episode 41 - The Best Laid Plans, Awry and A Wreck
Sep 6, 2011
ozoneocean had big plans for his trip to San Diego Comic Con to promote his comic, which basically went completely wrong in almost every way possible. He tells his story and what he did to try and recover. What could go wrong for you and what would you do?

Episode 40 - Four Features and No Apocalypse
Aug 30, 2011
ozoneocean is back! He and skoolmunkee are changing the features format a bit this week to more discussion, less blurb. As there wasn't a Quackcast last week, they've got four features to talk about this time. Since they've had to try a few things out this week, the features make up the entire show.
