This comic stars Chapel Smith, a zany girl created by 14-year-old author, artist, and cartoonist Emma T Capps. Chapel is 11 years old and has big red ponytails, granny glasses, and freakishly huge feet. She always wears a little black dress and has a lot of things to say, and you can get a peek into her brain by reading the thoughts that go around her head. Chapel plays games against her archenemy Fred, suffers through her chores, idolizes Lady Gaga, takes comfort in her pet hedgehog Rupert, and maybe even falls down the rabbit hole.
