This page acts as a refresher for ‘The legend of Lenore’ more than anything but not just for the readers benefit but Sarah's too because it's important she now has Lenore and the Carlingford Curse on her mind again.

Out of interest I'm putting a link to the real shop that inspired me to create my own macabre shop. As I said last week this shop is in the grounds but not in the actual Mill itself as mine is. If you check out the collection there is some really weird stuff around page 4 onwards including a full human brain for £1500 or half of one for £900 depending on your budget!

They're kinda like puppets - you can stick your hand in there and make their faces do... stuff! :D

Kim: I remember when Boglins came out and thinking how creepy they were but I've no idea what they are or how you play with them. Are they just ornaments or are they interactive toys of some kind? I imagine they might have sound boxes in.

Barry: Thanks. It's nice when pics come out as you imagined them. Normally my 'nice ideas' tend to be the wrong shape for the panel but this one fell nicely into place for once.

Becky: You did yes!!! This illustrates nicely the best part of having a comic collaborator to work with. You suggest good ideas, and I agree.. and then forget to do it.

Ha! Is that Lenore in the last panel? I kinda feel like the comic has taken a turn into the fantasy genre and Sarah will emerge from the shop dressed like a ranger with her precious protective little potion on her belt :) Now I wonder: if Sarah was a fantasy character, what class would she be? I suggested a ranger (or a scout), because she's curious, she likes to explore (I think? Not 100% sure about that), and she likes to talk to people to find the truth. But you know her better than anyone else, so you may have a completely different picture in mind :)

IB: I'm pretty sure it is although I guess it could be any local peasant out on a casual stroll. When it comes to fantasy RPG's I'm pretty lost as I've never played one or given them much consideration as I'm nearly always working on the comic instead. What you say sounds good though. Sarah's best tool is always her brain followed by a good dose of courage and an unhealthy abundance of curiousity! :)

Yea, a great place. The owner is a very nice and interesting guy but whose clearly very interested in the more serious stuff he sells. He did tell us though when we were looking around that he doesn't much care for people but has to put up with them to make a living, which I found amusing.
